Top 4 Things (Requirements) To Live a Healthy Life

Water and lots of it
Daily exercise of any variety
Regularly skipping meals and not overeating
Adequate sleep
Recently someone asked me what my top 4 pieces of advice were to lead a healthy life. At this stage in my life the answer was simple and for many people likely it is, but this got me thinking about myself 10 years ago, would I have given the same answer? The answer, unfortunately, would have been an astounding NO. Ten years ago I would have been searching for the magic formula or macro combination to give me 6-pack abs or bigger biceps, thinking that health is a hard pursuit that takes a lot of work and money to accomplish. The truth is we are all born to live healthy lives, it’s what we do to ourselves that creates many of the health issues that exist for us today. Too often in our culture, people try to complicate our health, in most cases to create revenue for their business. While maybe they have a great product that will aid you in obtaining a healthier life, it is not necessary.
The pursuit of maintaining a healthy life is not expensive and it is not hard, it just takes some discipline and consistency. Stick to these 4 basic requirements along with some discipline and consistency and your body will thank you in 50 years!
I think this would be a solid post and could lead to a blog highlighting either all of them or each one broken into individual blogs or even longer posts
